Cilantro (or arugula) Pesto
2 bunches Cilantro (or not even a whole bunch of arugula)
Several cloves garlic
1/4-1/2 cup walnuts
olive oil
salt and pepper
put it all in the blender and blend, adding olive oil until desired consistency is reached.
